Maintained and deployed marketing department’s Mac computers and Mac Server holding all of their design files. Trained and guided department with running Adobe products. Ran and maintained all 175+ iOS devices as well as MDM that pushed all applications and corporate settings. Worked directly with AT&T on ordering new devices. Deployed windows based laptops and desktops. Worked with employees and Dell directly to resolve a number of different issues. Worked with Ricoh to install, maintain and deploy all the Ricoh printers and systems. Set up scanning system and implemented a new system to incorporate Active Directory with scanning and print monitoring. Created and maintained company intranet using WordPress and a MacMini that allowed the creation of “contact forms” to submit jobs through email to internal customers. Helped with conventions at ICSC by creating a WIFI system with Cisco switches and SAPs that allowed leasing department to use Apple TV’s to stream presentations from their iPads. In addition, utilized “iCloud Photo” features to display photos of properties within booth.

Created and maintained a number of print pieces and collateral. Maintained the company website as well as sister sites for single properties. Created HTML emails and ran a production schedule with leasing department to effectively time each email release. Created a project system using a special Adobe form that allowed people to send requests through email by pressing a button on the form. Maintained and deploed all Mac’s in the department and supported iOS devices throughout the company. Maintained and negotiated leases of all Ricoh printers. Ran training sessions with employees inside and outside of the department to help job flow run more efficiently. Designed and managed the content and printing of two Annual Reports.

Redesigned website as a contract employee which led into reimaging the whole brand. Created a new solution for memberships and classes. Designed a new folder and diecut tabs for printing on laserjet printers which allowed quotes, price changes and the addition of certain fees based on membership. Created postcards and generated a mailing campaign for local Fishers/Geist area. Created HTML emails for new and existing clients on upcoming classes and events.

Managed print graphic design for multiple markets nationwide. Worked with an Intranet information system that connected directly to the website to create instant collateral. Created templates and trouble shot current templates and web pages for entire marketing staff in instant collateral system. Assisted in updating intranet site home page and creating multimedia projects for internal functions and presentations. Maintained Ricoh printers within marketing department. Created the 2007 Duke Annual Report and managed the printing and press checks for the final printed piece.
